The windows above my kitchen sink are by far always the dirtiest in my home. From water splatters to cooking messes, they are constantly yuck!
As a close runner up, our glass front door always has finger print marks concentrated mostly at about a 3 level (Im sure you know why, especially if you have kids- wink, wink).
A few weeks ago, I was pleasantly contacted by the folks at Fish Window Cleaning. They wanted to know if I would be interested in trying out their glass cleaner. At first thought, I wasnt sure if it would be a good fit for the blog and if youd all even be interested in reading about window cleaner. O, but wait!. In the end, I said, why not, lets give it a try. And I am sure glad I did.
I waited until all the Christmas decor was packed away until giving this soon-to-be-found-out window magic a try. There was a good and bad result.
The bad? Close up my windows were really bad. Actually much worse than I thought.
The good? Theyre not anymore. The Fish foaming window cleaner was awesome and in no time my windows were clean again (I honestly dont think Ive ever given them such a thorough cleaning before shame on me). When trying out the product, I had only enough time alotted to test it on 1 or 2 windows, but after getting started, I couldnt stop. The difference w as amazing.
Now I will say, the windows arent completely clean because I wasnt able to do the outside. Once Spring comes, its on my to-do list for sure! I want to achieve the feeling that theres no barrier from inside to out.
This is how easy it was to use
No wonder I couldnt stop at one window.
Heres how and why Fish window cleaner works so well
1. No drips. One of the main reasons I dont like regular glass cleaner is the blue watery rundown you get. You have to clean the glass super fast and the result is always streaky. Thankfully with the foam invention, thats eliminated.
2. Its am monia-free and alcohol based. Upon doing alittle research about the product, I learned that the window cleaners that are blue colored are wax based which is why the streaks result. Since Fish is alcohol based, no streaks are left once the glass is cleaned.
The other neat part about Fish Window Cleaning is they have many locations around the country where they offer interior and exterior window cleaning services (plus more) so you dont have to do it yourself. And if there isnt a location by you (like in my situation), the foam cleaner is the perfect solution.
A few Blogger friends of mine have loved Fish foam as much as I Check out what Shelley, Mandi, and Susan thought.
You know you want to try it Nows the chance!
